Kacey Eltiste Hartung
Kacey Hartung is a working mom who spent years trying to manage a fulfilling career and a busy household. Unsure how to achieve the unicorn that is “Work-Life Balance,” she read articles and listened to podcasts to find the answers. After years of research, trial and error, she realized the overwhelming pressure she was feeling was largely the result of her unexamined expectations. By using a heart-centered approach, she developed a process to shift focus away from balance, and towards integration. Her process allows moms to leave the guilt behind, breathe into the overwhelm and focus on what matters most so moms can enjoy both their work and their family.
Eager to share her experiences with other working moms, Kacey began blogging in 2013. In her weekly blog, she covers a wide range of topics including work-life integration, career development, conscious parenting, self-care and managing working moms. Her writing has been featured in InspiredParentingMagazine.com and Autumn Magazine.
As a Life Coach, Kacey has been described as “the astute mentor who pulls you aside one day to say, ‘I see you struggling. It doesn’t have to be so hard. Here is what’s worked for me and the hundreds of other women I’ve mentored.’ The strategies she teaches ensure you’ll be able to rest easy at night, knowing you’ve done right by your family, your job, and your own dear self.”
Kacey currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, 15-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. She continues to work a full-time corporate job and is passionate about supporting working moms through speaking events, one-on-one and group coaching.
